I have been waiting a very long time for this book!!!

About 6 months ago, I came up with idea of developing my own digital products (patterns mostly) to sell on Etsy; once the seed was planted, a million ideas came forward. I began trolling the forums, on Etsy, to try and figure out how to get myself started but two realities became very apparent very quickly; most of the people on the forums have no idea how to create a digital product for resale and secondly, the one's that do...don't want to share their knowledge. Needless to say, I have a journal full of ideas with almost no idea as to how to make them a reality. I've even been doing everything I can to learn Adobe Illustrator in preparation for the day where everything falls together. Well, I think the day has finally come.
"Passive Income from Etsy" is a digital product specific book that provides the formatting details necessary for creating a marketable and customer friendly digital product within Etsy; exactly what I've been looking for. The beginning chapter was very inspirational because I never thought of the concept of digital products in the grand view that Melissa Darnell provided, it really opened my eyes to the possibilities of what could possibly be. The best part is that there is no scheme, or swindling, just an honest view of a legitimate (and do-able) business plan that anyone, with a basic understanding of desktop publishing, can accomplish. The examples of the ideas that she provided blew me away because she gave general ideas that I hadn't even thought about doing but am more than capable of doing. She even went into the details of which type of saved format is best for the customer in consideration as to how they would be using it along with what multiple formats would be the most friendly.
Overall, I really loved the book! It provided practical information, in a clear and concise manner, that I really can (and will) use. I purchased this book for my Kindle Fire and it formatted beautifully so it was very smooth to navigate. The information is laid out in a manner that so that it was easy to bookmark the portions that I know that I would use later apposed to the information that I wouldn't need to re-reference so much.
Anyway, great book and great topic!! This is truly a book that can inspire an infinite amount of possibilities!

Melissa Darnell does not hold back and her easy, conversational style of writing makes this book super easy to read. This is truly one of the best passive income books I have read.
